Dear Patients, friends, and colleagues,

I wanted to personally reach out to all of our patients, colleagues, and friends and hope that you are continuing to stay safe and healthy during this pandemic crisis. We have been back to our pre-COVID levels of treatments since last summer, working safely and effectively with our ongoing protocols and up-to-date equipment, such as full surgical PPE, HEPA and UVC air filtration, and HVAC systems to help keep our staff and patients as safe as possible .

As we move into the spring and looking forward to seeing the light at the end of this tunnel, we are continuing to contact all of our patients to get everyone back on track with their treatments and regular maintenance. If you have not been contacted yet, please give us a call and we can help in booking your appointment. Thank you so much for your patience. As we are part of the essential service healthcare umbrella, we will remain open for all appointments through the travel restrictions.

Our practice puts the health and safety of our patients and staff as top priority. To keep all of our staff and patients safe, you will be informed of changes in our treatment protocols when we schedule your appointment and when you visit our surgical centre. *Please note as per the BC Health mandate, the Fairmont Medical Building, as well as our office, has a mandatory mask policy for all common areas, including lobby, hallways and washrooms so that we can keep all patients and staff safe.
